As to big name examples - Dell and Starbucks come to mind in terms of brands that have been trying to strengthen relationships.     My question is how you actually engage in any of this without the culture shift.   We in &quot;middle management&quot; are in a constant struggle around these tools - and our jobs don&#039;t measure any of the things that social media seems to give you.   Without any reward there is little incentive for us to engage with these tools.  Without leadership putting an emphasis on implementing social media programs we are dead in the water.</description>
