		<description>I thought of this - and I think you are right -- My intention was to say that you have many more employees with good ideas that are in no position to have a voice in your company.  In that sense they are outsiders.  This distinction is between the formal organization - with titles and roles/responsibilities and the &quot;informal&quot; organization - where a lot of work and ideas take place by the watercooler as it were.... Still, I need to make that clear so the graphic stands on its own.
