		<description>This is dead on.   I am finding more and more that our social web strategies hit the wall when it comes to the people side of the equation - that is your harder stuff.   But you know if you look at most orgs (mine included) all of the time and money is spent on your &quot;hard stuff&quot; - everything else is ignored.   This is why I think that it will be the small firms that get all the advantages of social media.</description>
